Plantations International in collaboration with Discover Thailand, Asean Events and Fore Management is very pleased to be the title sponsor of the 2020 Phuket Hospitality Golf Challenge.

The event will take place at Laguna Golf Club in Phuket on Thursday 22nd October 2020 and it will host hospitality and Service Industry professionals from Phuket as well as the rest of Thailand and the region at the award-winning Laguna Golf Phuket golf course. The atmosphere will be fun yet competitive, with teams battling for bragging rights as the best hospitality golfers in the region and all proceeds will go directly to selected charities.

Plantations International sees this Charity Golf Tournament as a great way to partner up with local events businesses in Thailand and give back to the community, and being the only event of its kind, it is the ideal networking opportunity for local hoteliers, restaurateurs, landlords, club owners and others involved in the hospitality service industry to come together in a relaxed environment.

The Laguna Golf Phuket is an 18-hole, par-71 golf course, set within the world-renowned Laguna Phuket Resort, the redesigned golf course has been recently upgraded to reach world-class standards. The layout is playable yet truly challenging golf course for enthusiasts of all abilities.

Measuring 6,756 yards, the course features a wealth of scenic lagoons, coconut groves and undulating fairways. After fully reopening in January 2015, the new landscape provides golfers with two distinct scenic experiences with lush tropical foliage on the front nine, while the back holes feature coconut groves and sand bunkers. A scenic surrounds comprising of Phuket Mountains and environmental lagoons, combine to make Laguna Golf Phuket a truly idyllic golf paradise.

Phuket Hospitality Golf Challenge Terms and Conditions

  • Since there are a limited number of spaces available, if the response is overwhelming, we will conduct a draw for participation. Any golfers not chosen to compete in the event will still be added to a lucky draw, which includes a luxury 5-star weekend, and a free round of golf.
  • If you are selected the entry fee is 18,000 baht for a team of 4 players and must be be paid 3 weeks prior to the allocated event date.
  • The format for the event will be 4-ball “Texas Scramble” and registration will be 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a 12:30 pm. Shot Gun Start.
