1. Introduction

These SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Plantations International SMS Messaging Program (“Messaging Program”) operated by Plantations International and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, representatives, service providers, contractors, and authorized partners (“Plantations International,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

The Messaging Program allows consenting users to receive informational, operational, transactional, customer service, investor relations, promotional, educational, webinar, appointment, reminder, support, marketing, and business-related text messages from Plantations International.

By voluntarily opting into the Messaging Program, submitting your mobile phone number through any Company website, landing page, online form, webinar registration, consultation request, customer support interaction, investment inquiry, subscription form, application process, written agreement, or any other communication channel, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and expressly consent to receive recurring SMS communications from Plantations International using automated technology where permitted by law.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product, service, investment opportunity, consultation, or participating in any business activity with Plantations International.

The Plantations International SMS Messaging Program may include, but is not limited to, the following categories of communications:

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from Plantations International and to messages sent from you to Plantations International.

Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and your mobile service plan. Plantations International does not charge users separately for SMS participation unless explicitly stated and is not responsible for any carrier charges, data fees, roaming fees, or other telecommunications-related expenses incurred by users.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining mobile service capable of receiving SMS communications.

6. STOP Instructions and Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of the Messaging Program at any time.

To stop receiving SMS messages from Plantations International, reply STOP to any SMS message received from the Company.

After submitting a STOP request, you may receive one final SMS message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed successfully. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you subsequently opt back into the Messaging Program.

8. Carrier Participation and Delivery Disclaimer

Supported carriers may change without notice.

SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission by wireless carriers and network operators. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier limitations, service interruptions, geographic coverage, technical failures, filtering systems, device compatibility, force majeure events, or other factors outside the control of Plantations International.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Plantations International disclaims liability for delayed, failed, incomplete, misdirected, or unavailable message delivery arising from carrier networks or third-party telecommunications infrastructure.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Plantations International values user privacy and implements commercially reasonable measures designed to safeguard personal information collected through the Messaging Program.

Information collected may include:

10. Compliance and Regulatory Rights

Plantations International reserves the right to monitor, retain, review, disclose, or report messaging activity where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, legal processes, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention initiatives, compliance reviews, or lawful governmental requests.

Users agree not to misuse the Messaging Program or engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or prohibited conduct involving SMS communications.

11. Eligibility

Participation in the Messaging Program is intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction.

By participating, users represent and warrant that they satisfy applicable legal eligibility requirements.

12. Modifications to Messaging Program

Plantations International reserves the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or terminate all or any portion of the Messaging Program at any time without prior notice.

The Company further reserves the right to modify these Terms periodically. Updated Terms may be published on the Company website and become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation in the Messaging Program following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plantations International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to participation in the Messaging Program, including but not limited to delays, message failures, carrier interruptions, technical malfunctions, unauthorized access, data loss, or service unavailability.
