Introduction
These SMS Messaging Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Plantations International USA LLC SMS Messaging Program (“Messaging Program”) operated by Plantations International USA LLC and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, representatives, service providers, contractors, and authorized partners (“Plantations International,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
The Messaging Program allows consenting users to receive informational, operational, transactional, customer service, investor relations, promotional, educational, webinar, appointment, reminder, support, marketing, and business-related text messages from Plantations International USA LLC.
By voluntarily opting into the Messaging Program, submitting your mobile phone number through any Company website, landing page, online form, webinar registration, consultation request, customer support interaction, investment inquiry, subscription form, application process, written agreement, or any other communication channel, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and expressly consent to receive recurring SMS communications from Plantations International using automated technology where permitted by law.

SMS STOP Opt Out Rights
You may opt out of the Messaging Program at any time.
To stop receiving SMS messages from Plantations International, reply STOP to any SMS message received from the Company.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive one final SMS message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed successfully. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you subsequently opt back into the Messaging Program.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Plantations International USA LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plantations International USA LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to participation in the Messaging Program, including but not limited to delays, message failures, carrier interruptions, technical malfunctions, unauthorized access, data loss, or service unavailability.
Changes to These Terms
Plantations International USA LLC may update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
